About Morph

Sensel Morph is an innovative and highly adaptable device designed for creative professionals, who demand a wide range of expressive and tactile control in their work. With its pressure-sensitive and touch-sensitive surface, the device can be configured with a range of overlays to suit various applications. The Morph's overlays are designed to be easily swapped out to provide a unique set of controls and interfaces that can be used for different types of creative work. For musicians, the Morph serves as a MIDI controller that allows for exceptional precision and sensitivity when playing and manipulating different sounds and instruments. The device's overlays can be customized to include drum pads, faders, knobs, and other controls that can be used to adjust a variety of parameters in music software. For artists and designers, the Morph's overlays can be used to create custom toolsets that allow for precise control over different aspects of digital art creation. For example, overlays can include different brush shapes and sizes, or controls for adjusting hue, saturation, and other color properties.

After joining Sensel, I led the redesign of Morph's logo and successfully separated the Morph brand from Sensel branding. The re-branding includes logo design, packaging redesign, new product renderings and multiple marketing campaigns. I successfully established the tone and direction for Morph's marketing campaigns and led the art direction. I managed the development of creative assets that aligned with the brand mission, and ensured consistency of brand voice and visual identity across all channels. Additionally, I played a key role in the design and production of the Buchla Thunder Overlay, which, together with Morph, won the Best MIDI Controller award at NAMM 2019.
